How To Order

Instabox knows that sometimes its difficult to offer cut-and-dry pricing on a lot of our products. There are so many factors involved in ordering custom boxes that we feel there should be a bit of clarification on the process and the factors that contribute to your box’s price.
Below is an outline of the steps involved in choosing and ordering your box.

1. Determine your type or style of box.
Browse through the pages on this site to determine which style or general type of box you desire or that your product requires. On each page in our site, you will find a general overview of the box types and their strengths and weaknesses as well as a few examples of past boxes we have made of that type.

2. Decide on a type of material for your box.
There are many differring materials that we can use to fashion your box from. You’re not limited to just cardboard anymore! If using corrugated cardboard, make sure you understand the differences between the wall structures and flutes. 3. Choose a type of printing for your box.
There are three main types of printing that Instabox offers for your products:
– Flexographic printing,
– Floodcoat printing,
– Lithographic Laminate printing.
Instabox can also offer you a hybrid printing solution composed of both floodcoat and flexographic printing types.

*note* It is important to note that corrugated plastic can only be silk-screened from an outside source. This cost can be determined through talking with one of our qualified salespeople.

4. Determine all your other box specifications and miscellaneous details.
It is good practice to know the dimensions and specifications of your box before you order. This enables us to get it right the first time and allows you to get on with your busy schedule.
Will you need internal packaging? We can provide you with custom foam inserts to ensure that your product stays in one piece.
