Created from the sap found in rubber trees, this tape is known for being very sticky, and it can be used for the toughest of surfaces. The major drawback of rubber tape is that it is expensive, and it is the most expensive of the main strapping tape options that are available on the market. It is also only recommended for short-term use, as it can begin to deteriorate after only a couple of years, and it also has poor stability against ultra-violet rays. It may also not be the best solution for businesses to use on their product shipments because it begins to yellow almost immediately, and this can give the impression that your product is old or that your shipping facilities are not well-kept.
